Whether you are envisioning a large or small project, this design consultation will act as a coaching session, where we give you guidelines and professional suggestions to help you achieve the space you of your dreams.

Our designer will use this time to get to know you and your preferred styles, your wish-list, project requirements, budget and timelines. We may start taking measurements and photos of your spaces. I called this company for a quote on a patio door and they said that they would work on it and get back to me in a few... days. I let them know that I needed to get a door ordered and installed as soon as possible and was assured they would work on it and get right back to me. I called a few days later to follow-up and they still didn't have it ready. After a week had passed by, I called again to follow-up and was told that they received the quote from the manufacturer and would get right back to me. It was very clear that my following up was not appreciated. That was several days ago. They don't seem to be interested in my business and still haven't bothered to get back to me. It's really disappointing. I got in contact with another local company who was able to get me a quote on the same door the day that I called. Based on my experience, I would not recommend trying to work with this company as they don't seem to care about your business.read more

looks nice when they install it but doesn't last long after about 8 years will start to leak and they blame it on the... home owner or the home owner's roof not their work. Shameread more

I had my windows installed many years ago. Hi clean them this fall and after figuring out how to remove the screens and... windows they cleaned up real nice. The price was not the cheapest but I definitely got what I paid for and would recommend them to anyone.read more

The best remodeling experience we have every encountered. They turned our screened porch into a sun room and added a... small deck. The company owner was involved the whole way and keep us informed through every step of the process. His work crew was always on time and I never saw them take a break. Took about 7 months to remove and install 3 exterior doors and to correct their logistical mishaps. Along the way my... wife and I had to fix the little things, I.e. a few stripped screws, clean up caulk, putty holes, sand, prime and paint all the molding because we were tired of looking at their unfinished work. They did give us a little bit off the bill for that. We were told more than once and I quote "we were the victims of their success". I'm not exactly sure how to take that except perhaps; they are so awesome at what they do, they have so much work to do, they just don't have time to do every job right? Something you might need to consider before you hire them? It's all done now, it looks very nice and everything works as designed. Also the doors seem to be of good quality. We have a lot more exterior work planned in the future but will now look elsewhere. Note to Carolina Home Exterior: this review is about being a 'victim of your success.'read more
